If I can pronounce the name and the menu is in English chances are it ain’t that great. I was just in Nevada for 3 weeks. I ate Mexican nearly every day. I couldn’t pronounce any of the places and had to point at stuff on the menu. I didn’t want to leave

“… duckhunting stands alone as an outdoor discipline. It has a tang and spirit shared by no other sport—a philosophy compounded of sleet, the winnow of unseen wings, and the reeks of marsh mud and wet wool. No other sport has so many theories, legends, casehardened disciples and treasured memories.”
--John Madson, The Mallard, 1960

Real Mexico.
As for a mini-chain, I also like Brothers and Beer in Lexington. Our convenience go-to.

Sorry for the humungous pics. I hope that some day soon, one of these tech geniuses'll figure out how to make uploading pictures less annoying.
That is the proper amount of cilantro. I hate when I get tacos and they sprinkle it on like it’s just for decoration.
Indeed, Andrew Skinner.
Oh, and here's a worthless fact: coriander is cilantro in seed form. Or cilantro is coriander in leaf form. Learnt that yesterday.

Fonda Rosalinda’s on Pleasantburg Dr. in Greenville is about as authentic Mexican/LATAM as I’ve ever had. Check it out if you ever come to town.
Oh I’m gone try the trailer in West Columbia.
Seriously?
The only real Mexico food I have ever had was from a portly fella selling it out of a pos van to the boys working in a tomato field, and when I was in high school I worked at a cucumber shed in beautiful manning sc. One of the Spanish families that working there tolerated me and would invite me to eat with them at lunch time. This was before I had ever even seen a Mexican restaurant. That was some of the best food I have ever had. Mater of fact, I was eating in the back of one of their trucks once and went to kinda slide jump of the side onto the ground and a tie down hook caught my old duck head shorts and ripped them clean off. I don’t think I have ever seen people laugh that hard sense then. They ran around, fell down, slapped the ground and had a big time. Mexicans have a wonderful sense of humor.
