    Default Benelli Shotguns

Do any of the Benelli guns shoot straight? I've heard all kinds of complaints with the Benellis shooting high, low, left or right, straight out of the box. Shimming helps some but most are not shimming issues from what I've read and heard about.

Nope. They are terrible. Saved more ducks lives than the Flyway Foundation...

I had an M2 that went 2 for 2 at a Turkey shoot one night. No fancy chokes. Never should have sold that gun.

Most of them including the 4 I own will shoot an inch or two high. Where the big problem started was the sbe 3. A lot of them shot 6-10 inches high. There’s a fix for it but it’s not the shims those will fix the small issues with poi.

All shotguns shoot straight and where the barrel is pointed. Where the barrel is aimed, is another subject all together.

My M2 shot high and switching to the largest D shim and butt plate fixed that problem.

I had to special order as benelli doesn’t include with the gun

Lol at JAB, and it’s really an easy fix just buy a Beretta.

Gah darn not another one of these threads.

Go ahead and save you some headache and buy a Remington or Beretta.

Only Benelli worth half a shit is a flat ribbed M1 Super 90. And even then I’d rather have another gun in my hands.

POI on a Benelli is so out of wack don’t even waste your time.

I love owning guns that I don’t have to worry about shooting high, low, left, or right.

Look where you want to shoot, and shoot where you’re target is about to be.

Why complicate it with “Kentucky Windage”, shims, 2” low, etc...

Too bad you didn’t have a Benelli during turkey season and you could have blame your misses on the shotgun
