Default Does recent SC gun legislation allow for towns/cities to enact stricter laws?

I have not read all of the legalese regarding the newest gun legislation from Columbia, assuming I'd understand it anyway.

But, for those of you who may understand all of the nuances involved, is there anything in that legislation that enables SC towns, cities, et al, to enact stricter gun laws than those of the State? Most States don't allow that... except Democrap ones.

So, did our "Conservatives" let that slide through hoping we'd miss it, or have a lot of us been told a false story by a certain group that's active around the State that I tend to question the truthfulness of?
