    Default Burn Ban

Did I miss something? Neighbor was talking about no burning outdoors until September 30th. Stupid question. Has this always been in place? What about dove fields?

Your neighbor doesn’t know what he is talking about. Light it up!

The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

Could be local ordinance. I’m not supposed to burn at my house no matter what the conditions.

Probably Richland County. As I understand from a forester they ban a lot of summertime fires.
It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.

Edgefield County. Guy was talking about a burn ban from April 30th to September 30th because of air quality. Crazy things going on these days, I had to ask.

I've even heard of "air quality" burn bans in coastal NC. It appears to be a largely ignored ordinance.
