The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

    Who's going Sunday?

Id go but it will either be too windy or my crew couldn't come together. I haven't decided which excuse I'm going with yet.

You can hardly go when the oceans decent anymore without 50 people bird dogging you and getting into your lines. It’s just like anything else, Carey somebody for the first time doing something and you’ll be competing with them shortly.

I like bottom fishing. It’s like cat fishing but the fish taste better.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

You can spot them immediately. There are many tells that give away a wannabe. But two of my favorites are using Hawaiian words and screaming when a fish bites.

    ?
Tackle failure, cut by fish, too much stress on line, boat/motors. Doesn’t take much to go wrong with a big fish on the line.

Maybe. They are certainly going to test and push every single aspect of your tackle and skill.

Big ass fish are challenging and do crazy things. We had one last year pile on one of our short lines/flat lines behind the boat and come out of the water wide open straight at the boat twice in about 2 seconds before diving and snagging the line in the prop. Happened faster than anyone could move and it happened to come straight at the stern of the boat instead of away or to the side.

Was cool to see for a few seconds but sucked that we lost the fish.
