    Did this tonight on the mini blackstone at the campground. No lid so I had to tent it but it turned out great. Ate it with bone in pork chops.

    Been doing like this for years but without the tablespoon of Gorgonzola or Stilton Blue cheese. Will have to go buy store to get those to try this way.
