I’ve got a simple 40x40 with pull through garage and bunk room. A friend is building one now that will cost him every penny of $2m. The possibilities are endless.

Be carefull my brother in law is trying this now but nobody want to finance it. They told him almost double the intrest rate over doing a stick build. Atleast thats the bullshit excuse im getting now as to why he is still living in my MIL’s pool house.
