Seriously though, prayers up for your wife and daughter. Sorry to hear about this.

Can't recall what type of law JustPracticin does but couldn't hurt to contact him.

Feel free to PM me- I can make several solid recommendations. Please don’t use an advertising lawyer.

After having gone through this 4 years ago I can say spend this time with your wife and daughter. They need you now. It took us 4 years to reach a settlement, these things don’t happen fast. Get them well and home, then look through the solid advice already given on this thread.

Prayers for your family and their speedy recovery!

    Out of curiosity, why?

Not being argumentative, I’ve never needed an injury lawyer in the past.

    Damn right.

While we’re on the subject, how about we get together a class action lawsuit against all advertising lawyers for the pain and suffering their idiotic commercials cause the public and the defamation of character they have wrought upon all the rest of the attorneys?

I used mason law firm in Charleston and I live in Greenville. They were great! I took about two years to get the settlement but way worth the wait! They will take great care of you

Because they are glorified claims adjusters that work toward a profit margin on their % vs actual representation from a professional that’s going to make sure your future needs are taken care of as a result of the negligence caused in the accident.

The vast majority of advertising lawyers don’t try cases or even litigate them. They’re settlement mills set up to maximize their own profit through volume. They often will not get you the best settlement available. Do you think a lawyer who has never sees the inside of a courtroom will have any leverage to maximize the value of the case? And good luck getting your lawyer on the phone.
