    Default Lowcountry Swampfox

Anyone got one with an outboard on it on here?

Planning out a new build and would love to use a local company, just don’t know how well they do with an outboard. They seem to do mostly mud hull stuff.

Looking at something in the 1854 range.

A good friend is running an 1854 with a 70 outboard. It runs good.

That’s what I’d love to find out. I’ve only seen a couple with 50s and 70s.

I’ll probably hang a 115 sho on mine, but I don’t know a lot about their bottom design to know how it handles and all that. May swing by the factory this week or when I get back to town and look at a few

He had a 40 Mudbuddy on it and is not the nicest to his stuff. The bottom has a hook and a good number of dings.

Yea they seem pretty well built. I’m not one to abuse my stuff, but I’m not afraid to use it for sure
