    Default Car Phone Holder

I'm looking for something similar to the Weathertech that fits in a cup holder...the WT seems to have pretty poor reviews.
I don't need wireless charging capability but I do want it to be secure.

What are you using with real world experience?

    Thanks.

I got the weather tech as a gift at Christmas and it does very well. I’ve had it going on 2 years now. Fits the iPhone XR just fine.

I will third the weather tech I’ve got one in both vehicles and it’s the best option out there imo.

Yeah, this ride has limited space for the phone as is....no room on the dash unless I do a vent mount, but that is still kind of in the way.

I appreciate all the feedback on the WT....I think I'll go the route.

holy shit, its a plastic fucking cup to hold your phone. how in the hell could it be awesome OR suck?
    asking for a friend.

i have the little magnet thingie that clips on the vent. I cant wait to leave a review of how utterly ridiculous it is to be a clip on magnet and suck at clipping or magnetizing....or whatever.

    good luck in your quest.

I second the Steelie. I use the original one with the little button that sticks to your phone case. Been rocking it for years through multiple vehicles.

Only struggle seems to be finding a flat spot of smooth plastic to adhere the ball to.

The Weathertech one, just like their floor mats, suck. Buy this one and you'll be happy. Will hold your phone or tablet.......

Ram mount X-grip with the suction cup base to mount to the windshield. I've got one in my truck and one in the skid loader and they've been good so far.

Wife wanted one for the SxS since she bluetooths music off her phone to the soundbar. She ordered one off Amazon that was less than $10 and its done what she wanted out of it.

Been using this in my truck for 18 months with the suction cup to the plastic beside my radio (F150) and only fallen off once...first day it got warm this year. It charges, rotates, extendable arm. For $30 I will buy another one if this one dies.

my phone fell off the magnet this morning on the way to work. I left a bad review. so, I listened to Bad Habit and put phone in my shirt pocket and it fell out when I leaned over. I left another negative review with HUK even though i used a 50% coupon to order the shirt.

    Hope this helps.

    RAM Mount

Use one on my SxS, boat, & dual-sport.

    Never had a problem.
