Anyone know what these small round hoes are properly called? My Dad will only use these and the one he has is worn down a lot and we can’t find a new one anywhere.

My grandmother always kept one in her shed, full length wood handle though.
She always raised every sort of vegetable, so not sure if it was a specialized tool for one crop or not.

It’s a link to the UK tools but many carried over to America
I remember one my Grandmother used on their farm. I figured it was just a regular hoe that was worn from being used day in/day out for decades.
I got the one just like it from my Great Grandmother. Still us it to this day. Got a Tater fork too

Can't turn a hoe into a housewife
ain't that the truth
At least I'm housebroken.
Why do you think you take a hoe to a hotel?
Really disappointed after opening this... It was like opening the bathroom door expecting your wife to be in the shower but she is just warming the water up and hasn't gotten naked yet..
On another note. I broke a large wooden fork last summer idk what kind it was..... I also broke a large wooden spoon..
“Duck hunting gives a man a chance to see the loneliest places …blinds washed by a rolling surf, blue and gold autumn marshes, …a rice field in the rain, flooded pin-oak forests or any remote river delta. In duck hunting the scene is as important as the shooting.” ~ Erwin Bauer, The Duck Hunter’s Bible, 1965

I picked up one of these a couple few years ago, and its become my go to for hoeing around in the garden.
I watched my grandad come home with a new hoe years ago, and promptly put that thing on the bench grinder and shape it/sharpen it for the garden. Maybe that's your answer...
I was expecting something a little different when I opened this ................ damn....
