I have eaten Steak at many famous Restaurants. I don't believe there is much, if any difference in a $12.00 Prime Ribeye from a Local Meat Market vs. these $100.00+/lb. Ordered Steaks.

Heck a $5.99/lb. Publix Choice Bone In Ribeye is real tough to beat!!

There's a difference, but I'm with SwampDecoy. A $20 ribeye is 9 out of 10. A $100 ribeye is 10 out of 10. While it is better, it ain't 5 times better. But, I'm no meat connoisseur. I'm just going off what my taste buds tell me.

ETA: I don't knock anyone for buying top shelf anything. If it fits your taste and wallet, go for it.

I shared with Gutpile. He seemed to enjoy his free steak.

    HAHAHa @ JAB and Glenn

I've eaten a lot of wildly expensive crazy beef, but give me ribeyes or give me death.
