We ain’t too uppity to eat off a Chinet with plastic tableware. Incredibly flavorful steak.

Which one set you back more, the likker or the wings?

I actually came out ahead on that weekend. Me and GP stayed at a nice Quail lodge. He picked up the lodgings. I supplied the booze, beer and vittles. We had a fine weekend and I killed some Gobblers.

Buy local, there is still time to place your Memorial Day order at The Happy Butcher in Lexington for a 28 day dry age Waygu cowboy steak or filet.

just dropped by to say I'll have a prime going on the grill for lunch.. ribeyes help Fridays be a little more bearable.. but on an outdoor searing thing on a grill, I'm not dicking with cast iron on a busy day

Flash frozen solid and packed with Dry ice. 100% good condition arrivals.

The Wagyu from Snake River Farms is just the highest level steak. Not a daily meal option, but worth the coin as a special meal.

You people love over paying for fat. You know you can just order beef tallow and do away with the protein all together.
