    Default New cooker

My new cooker was delivered this past Wednesday. We seasoned it Saturday afternoon and night.

Fired it up today for its first cook. Ribs over oak and hickory. Turned out phenomenal as expected.

Good looking setup. What led you to choose that manufacturer?

He was pretty personal. Easy to deal with and also with 5 hrs of me. The price was good also.

He missed the build deadline by a week but made up for it by knocking $200 off the price and delivering to my house. He is located in NC, retired school principle.
