    Default The Dynasty continues

Congratulations to my Crescent girls softball

34 Region Championships in a ROW.

People have no clue how dedicated the entire community has been all these years to this program and how special of a place this is

    They're good recruiters down there...

    I kid...kinda...sorta...maybe

For real; Congrats to the young ladies. That's a great accomplishment and 34 years in a row is unheard of. Isn't there a new coach this year or the didn't the old coach retire very recently?

How many titles do those Davis girls have?
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands

Did they win region a few years ago when 96 won state?
“Duck hunting gives a man a chance to see the loneliest places …blinds washed by a rolling surf, blue and gold autumn marshes, …a rice field in the rain, flooded pin-oak forests or any remote river delta. In duck hunting the scene is as important as the shooting.” ~ Erwin Bauer, The Duck Hunter’s Bible, 1965

Ain’t NO RECRUITING in Starr/IVA. All home grown girls. They do it the old fashioned way. They EARN IT by hard work, dedication, talent and coaching

Yep Jeff Craft took over 2 years ago after the Legendary Gary Adams retired.(last year ended before anything was decided due to COVID) Jeff told me his streak is ONE. He said the other streak ended when Adams retired . Jeff is a great guy and I am sure will continue the tradition

Pretty sure you are correct. Actually been a few years since they won a State which is unusual Seems like Adams won 11 States if I am correct.

I stand corrected. the 11 State Championships were all in a row. 19 total State Championships

Congrats. Wished Palmetto was still in the region with them. We had some classic games back in the day. We won a state championship in 2012 but Crescent won our conference. Oh and I can confirm, it’s not recruiting. They have great rec leagues and the community loves softball. Nobody outworked Gary Adams.

I remember when I was younger gary would even wear the old school bike coaches shorts to the Christmas reunion every year. My grandfather took my sister and I down to see them play a few games when she was playing high school softball. Saying they take their softball serious would be an understatement
