    Boys in the upstate keep an eye out for a buddy of mine that’s not been heard from since Sunday night. Last seen at wingnuts in fountain inn around 10:45 Sunday night.

    I’m not sure honestly...He lives in an apartment in the simpsonville/fountain inn area. Works for an outside lighting company. Don’t see him much since he moved up there from horry county. I see him when he comes home to visit his Dad which is my neighbor. He’s a big ole dude with a big red beard. Someone should be able to spot him...thx

    Just heard about this from my parents. Blake, his brother and I played together everyday growing up. His dad’s office was beside my dad’s in Conway. Some great folks and I hate this for them.

    FOUNTAIN INN, S.C. —

    A body was found Tuesday in a wooded area in Greenville County, according to Coroner Parks Evans, with the Greenville County Coroner's Office.

    The man was pronounced dead by EMS upon their arrival, Evans said.

    According to Evans, they responded to the area of North Woods Drive near Jim Carey Way after a man was found and pronounced deceased on scene.

    He has been identified as Evan Blake Causey, 31, of Fountain Inn.

    According to Evans, Causey died 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.

    An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday to determine the cause and manner of death.

    Awful. I saw the blue lights last night and thought it must have been bad. They were working in the patch of woods on Frontage Road (N. Woods Dr.) where it makes the bend away from 385, just before Harrison Bridge Rd. That's a long straightaway, then a pretty aggressive curve. Looks like he just didn't make the curve.
    Prayers for the family and friends for sure.
