Was slow. 24 ducks mixed bag, mallards and teal with a few woodies. Lot of teal around. No bands.
I had a blast and looking forward to a return trip when/if the weather gets right up above.

No tillage farm land needs to get covered with snow!!!

My buddy just got back from hunting the MS opener, and the farmer who handles thier lease had not flooded the fields...said there were plenty of ducks, just couln't get many to commit into thier rain-puddles

We are driving over Friday. Hope that the snow and cold in NE,KS and MO will push a few more down.

It will be a good trip regardless. May even hit the Casino at the Grand one evening......

Seems to be somewhat mixed, but all in all there are ducks in MS.

I will be heading down to North MS in the Sledge area this Friday for the ducks. I hope it is what it has been in the past...Sounds like I might be rubbin shoulders with some fellow SC Duckers!!
