    Default Safety Razors...

My oldest is about to turn 18. For his birthday/graduation I want to get him a nice safety razor and pair it up with a collection of shave products from Cubman.

Who has one or knows where to find some nice quality razors?

I have the 38C long handle and have used it for 3 years. No complaints

I also use the Astro blades

Reminds me, I never once shaved in my life until I arrived at basic training. Shaving with a bx razor at 4 am while getting screamed at. I’m surprised I didn’t hit my jugular

I would have been doomed if I had a drill instructor screaming at me

Get the boy a straight razor.

He'll learn to respect a blade and to keep one sharp. He'll also learn to keep a beard.

Three birds. One stone. And stuff.

Why don't you do us all a favor and pull your bottom lip up over the top of your head and swallow real hard.

I’m offended that is not real nice behavior.

A hooker and blow for his 18th birthday would beat any razor.

I had an Edwin Jagger but switched to a Viking Chieftan because it has a butterfly closure. I like the Chieftan better. Easier to replace the blades.

I prefer Feather razor blades. They tend to be sharper and last for more shaves.

I got a free razor in the mail when I signed up for the draft. Save your money and drive him to the post office on his birthday.

A few years ago I discovered shaving while in the shower. I haven't purchased shaving cream since.

You don't have to be in the shower. I haven't used shaving cream of any sort in 20ish years, and I just use a Gillette 3 Blade.
