I am in NC at least 5 days a week and haven't seen many "NO" signs.

My point is if everyone who carried, did so openly, there would be many more no carry signs.

I do not think many people who currently carry will switch their preferred style to open. Thus, very few signs go up.

I would rather you not know I carry.

Open carry is legal in TN with a permit. I see very few people that do it. Usually when you do see one they look like they just crawled off their cousin.

That is your point of view but I see the exact opposite in a state where open carry is legal. Why would SC be any different if it were legal here?

I'm sure if politicians tried to normalize guns like they do mask policies it would be common practice on a year or less. And who cares how someone wants to carry their guns? I don't want to open carry but I'm not going to act like a bitch about someone who does.

You seem stuck on the offending people aspect dt. Fuck em.

Like I said earlier, I am in an open carry state at least 5 days a week. I have yet to see anything like this. Why would SC be any different?

What I do see are politicians voting on what they believe and not the will of the people they represent.

Open carry with no permit is legal in Alabama and you rarely see it.
Most of the time it is some old fat redneck dude or dudette.

It’s not my thing but fully support their right to. I feel it is in the spirit of the constitution and should be the choice of a free man. It’s sad that we live in a society where another man wants to dictate to a man what he can & can’t do, based on what he might do.

Im not stuck on anything. I understand that ultimately we are at the mercy of a vote. If we started toting guns like above our constitutional rights would be in jeopardy just because we may be in the minority.

To be clear, in NC, there is no law permitting open carry. There is also no law against it.

The only time I have opted to open carry is on the way to work at my lease and am using an OWB holster vs one of my good IWB CC holsters.
