Not one band this year. I was looking hard for one of those green bands but alas nada...
The round trip was 7300 on one vehicle and around 3000 on the other...
Great trip - thanks for sharing

Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.
Awesome!
Absolutely fantastic pics and story JAB!!
Y'all done too good.
And you made the right call, it's all about location...location...location! Even down here where we ain't got much...mobility is the key to killing ducks consistantly!!! Too often we get stuck in a rut because it's familiar and comfortable. But familiarity and comfort ain't what killing ducks is about!!!
The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.

JAB - those are some great pics. It sounds like yall had a great time except for a few minor set backs. I am going to have to go one day and experience that. We only live once and that sounds like my kind of trip
If it ain't broke it ain't mine!
Man, I friggin' love reading that! Thanks a ton for sharing the trip and the pics. AWESOME.
