    Looks like all the video was taken on calm lakes. Also note how far away from the docks the boats get.

    I dry launch and its about the easiest thing there is:
    Back trailer until wheels touch water (trailer does not get wet so no salt baking on it all day), unhook boat, walk with bowline to dock, tug bowline and boat slides right off, tie off boat.

    Cheap spray silicone is the key.

    I have used 50' of small diameter rope with a clip on the end for the same purpose- unhook the winch, clip the line to the bow eye, clip other end of rope to the truck tie down in the bed back down until boat floats off, pull forward, unclip rope from truck and either pull boat to the dock or secure to something other than the truck until you are ready to board.

    I have also opened the anchor locker and dropped the anchor on land beside the ramp- pulled out enough anchor line for the same purpose, and launched.

    I would be embarrassed to be seen that crap on my boat.
