There are two versions of the Hotsu 60, one that Hotsu makes and a larger CI 60 that Honda makes. Haven't seen or heard of many of the Honda versions around. They are about 40lbs heavier and 1K more expensive. I believe they are more popular outside of North America, Model number is BFT60 as apposed to the Hotsu version MFS60.

Got a 2019 50 Tohatsu on a 1546 War Eagle. Plenty of power and a gas sipper.

I ran 28+ miles with 2 guys and a full load of gear and decoys, majority being WOT, at the end of the season and burned less that 2.5 gallons with my 25. Whisper ass quiet too.

I bet I put 1000+ hours on a 25 4 stroke tohatsu and don’t think I ever even put a water pump in it. Running a 50tldi and it’s bullet proof so far and used and abused pretty hard.
