    Default TactaCam vs Spypoint

I have one of the earlier SpyPoints and as long as I keep the firmware up-to-date I haven't had any issues with it. I recently bought a TactaCam. I haven't had it long enough to speak for its reliability, but I already see something that I do not like. The Tactacam will only "refresh" commands every 24 hours. So right now I have a caterpillar or something sitting on the camera and it's constantly sending me pictures. With the SpyPoint it "refreshes" commands whenever you have the camera set to send pictures. So if this was happening with the SpyPoint I could correct it. With the TactaCam it's just sitting there killing the hell out of my batteries until I can get to it or until tomorrow (24 hours). Or a damn crow eats the worm.

I will take your Tactacam if you ever want to get rid of it.

They are back in stock at plenty of places. I found about 5 at the local wal-mart the other day.

Tactacam hands down. But stealth cam fusion is better than both

Had a Stealthcam Fusion and you could drive a combine in front of that thing and it wouldn’t pick it up

I've never had a stealthcam last an entire season.

See I've had the opposite. I can't get the sensor down low enough to where it doesn't take a pic of every piece of grass that blows
