    Default Saltwater Quail

    Ass deep in slot redfish this morning, one school was probably 1/3 acre in size
    Y'all don't know anything about this New Orleans plate presentation, its the redfish's throat.

    Mix some butter garlic and lemon and baste them on the grill is delicious.

    it was grilled along with some fillets and trout too
    came out good

    I don't kill spot tails often but I will so that I can do this.

    I do kill them, and shamefully have never done this, or heard of it. I have thought the ones that are on the high side of the slot have more to give.

    It doesn't have to be a spot tail. You can do it with any fish. In fact, you can butterfly filet a fish so that the filets are in tact with the throat meat as one piece.
