Heading out there next week. I am hitching a ride with another group, I have never been there before. Any advice or special items I need to take? Any good reports from that area? I am ready for something besides fish ducks.

Just got back from that area and there are a lot ob birds in the area. Are you hunting timber or fields. It was my first time out and a learning experience. Those birds are smart. If you are in the fields dont call much. Get some movement in the decoys and dont be scared to move to where the birds want to be. Good luck

Thanks for the reply. As I understand it we will be hunting mostly fields but Timber might be an option. I imagine those birds have seen it all this late in the season. Leaving thursday morning, can't wait.
