    Default Retirement Eve Filet

Picture doesn’t do it justice, but I cooked my retirement eve Filet in homemade Garlic butter sauce in the old Cast iron pan I cleaned and seasoned over the last few weeks-turned out great, twice baked potato to go along with it. Go in tomorrow morning for an hour for exit interview and I’m officially retired as of 9:00. Fitting meal this afternoon, like the Moosehead to go along with it.
