    Default SC Sandhill Cranes

I’ve listened to a few sandhills around the corner in a beaver marsh in Marion County before, but I’ve never seen any. This was 20 of them in bush hogged cotton. They never stopped moving with their beaks poking the ground. 10 minutes of roadside entertainment. Pic is through the binoculars.

Hang the 30-30 out the window and let us know if they do truly taste good. They say they taste like ribeye. Let me see one in a field....

Little hole I called the devil swamp. Saw a haint, booger, plat-eye, or something on the paddle in. Haven't spent as much time there since.

    That’s cool stuff

But yet another reason a .22 mag rides under the back seat.

They are not a ribeye, but they are delicious. A fine piece of meat for sure.
