Had a great event yesterday with a “wilderness survival” theme. We taught the boys how to tie a few knots, build a shelter and start a fire. After lunch we burned a beaver hut and then showed the boys a bald eagles nest.

We had the pleasure of the new Charleston chapter director joining us. His first event is mid April if you are interested in mentoring or know of boys that would be a good fit. Please feel free to reach out to me if either of the above apply. Thank you again.

Had a great event on Lake Wateree fishing a few weekends ago. Captain Rush put us on some fish !
We recently started another chapter in The lowcountry in Hampton County. If you know anyone interested in mentoring or any boys please feel free to message me. Thanks,
    Sean

    thats good stuff.
bug Cali about the hampton county connection...

and when I see stuff like this I think of "peer pressure." it can be a GOOD thing. get kids involved and they bring their friends and it becomes "cool."
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.

Had a great event this past Saturday. 10 boys and 8 mentors kayaked the Wateree River below the dam. FULLCHOKE from this sight even volunteered to mentor and helped us out.

Had a great event two Saturdays ago. Had an archery competition and then prepped a future dove field. One of the mentors cooked up a pot of fresh jambalaya. Devotion was “ How your life is different know that you know Christ”. Looking forward to the next event October 9th!

Keep it up. I’ll eat a handful of chocolate before sitting down in your chair next time.

Had a great Saturday getting the boys ready for the November deer hunt and building a kayak rack. Big thanks to Marshall (member on scducks) for helping mentor and donating wood/skills to the build!
