Truth in Nature- East Columbia Chapter

I wanted to share with you a group I have been helping with
For the past two years. Truth in Nature is a group that engages young
Men from fatherless and single parent homes in understanding their
Purpose as Christian men and helping break the fatherless cycle in society today.

We usually meet for an outing once a month. We have done deer and dove hunting, paintball, fishing
And other outdoor activities. Please check out the video, website or message me to learn more. We also
Have a brand new Charleston chapter and are always looking for more mentors and of course more
Boys to the program.

We did something like this back in the 80's. Very rewarding experience and excellent way to pass it on. Thanks for bringing it to our attention and good luck with it...

Just an FYI, we’ve donated some camo for an organization called cross trail outfitters which gets youth into the field as well. Send me a PM and I can send some new unopened made in the usa camo shirts. We have mediums and large which work for most kids. I can drop some in ups this week.

I will attest to this , my boss is the chapter president and I helped with the deer hunt this yr and I can tell you that it was so rewarding and soulfully fulfilling to spend a afternoon in a deer stand with a youth talking to them about life and what’s going on with them, and to watch a youth kill his first deer and then pray with him over that kill is one of the best feelings in the world

That’s awesome man! Daniel is a great guy and is grown the chapter leaps and bounds. I have missed the deer hunt for the past two years but know that it is a favorite event for the boys.

Had an awesome day yesterday squirrel hunting with Truth in Nature. Hunted yesterday afternoon and I think we killed ten. Thanks again to Union and Blackstock camo for hooking us up with some American made camo shirts and hats! Will post some pictures up soon.
