    A couple weeks ago, I walked into DNR with new boat and motor application and walked out with
    new titles in less than 15 mins, decals for both arrived about 3 days later. Decals now come from a third party

    I bought a new motor 12/4 and got the title a week later, still no decal.

    In person really is the best way to go. The back and forth crap over the mail would drive the Pope to cuss.

    my decal showed up with no sticky glue on back of it. I called em and had a new decal in the mailbox 3 days later
