    Default Sunshine and ducks

Was able to sneak out for the first time in a couple weeks with a friend. Sun worked out right and I was able to get a couple photos.

I didn’t get to clean them till late last night, one had black down feathers the other dark gray. I had not seen that before. Wood ducks full of fat.

Like blacks or mallards, the drakes are always bigger.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.
