    Default Paddle in hunt

So, some don’t know, but our mallard limit is 7. It ain’t as easy as you’d think. I maybe do 1 pure 7 bird limit a year. We have plenty of mallards, but we also have plenty of other ducks. Twice this year I tried. Once was today. I let at least 30 teal/wigeon/pintail live knowing I would get my 7. Not

The other time was a couple weeks ago. I still have no clue why I shot the wigeon. It is so hard to pass a decoying bird.

    First world problems for sure.

    Nice!

A pintail or a pretty drake widgeon is a fine way to mess up a 7 bird limit.

My buddies I hunt with give me a hard time about it too. I'll take 13 and a pintail all day everyday.

A fat pintail is so good to eat, it’s hard to pass up. Actually, only a fool will. I passed up 2 giant sprig today at 25 yards. Absolute idiot I am. I was apparently out of my mind.

I appreciate that! This new dog of mine is a mind blower. Whines, will not sit still. Her blind etiquette is absolutely horrible. I hate her so much.
Til I pull the trigger. She don’t lose anything. She on her 700th retrieve of the season. We still have a love/hate relationship.
    Winged/crippled 200 yards. I giggle.
No birds flying, slow, I want to choke her out.

Sure. I save my bufflehead scoter spots for SC folks. Ask BigBrother and Jon248.
For some reason they want to keep coming.
