    Default InstaPot and less desirables.

Here’s your pro-tip of the day. Not all ducks taste good. It’s a fact.
For your non picking type ducks that usually get turned into pepperoni sticks or jerky, try this.
Yes, even a bluebill becomes edible.

Duck breasts, I do as many as 20 at a time.
Add enough BEEF broth to cover breasts by just a tad.
Add a bunch of spices. I use 2 packets of fajita mix. Stir it in.
Pressure cook on high for 1 hour.

Shred meat into a bowl. Keeps about 6 days in fridge.
Use meat for enchiladas, tacos, pulled pork sammiches, etc.

My favorite way is a lunch meal, I call wigeon bowls.
Take a handful of shredded meat place in bowl. Grate cheddar cheese on top.
    Microwave to heat up.
Add 2 eggs over easy, half and avacado, and your favorite sauce. I use Tiger sauce or Cholula.
    Eat.
The beef broth pressure cooked really helps birds with a strong flavor.
Not all ducks are designed to be eaten like this.

I was just wondering how well chocolate milk pairs with roast duck? The duck looks good.

No matter how well you check your background, they'll find something.

I'll have to try the pressure cooker method. I do a slow braise with stock and red wine and then treat the shredded meat the same. My go to with about 30 duck's worth of legs/thighs, too.

There isn’t a thing that doesn’t “pair well” with cold chocolate milk.

For folks who need to pair well, I’d suggest a buoy IPA or a red wine like a merlot.
    I read that somewhere.
I also know for a fact everything pairs well with a buoy IPA.

Chocolate in general goes with all sorts of things. 1 of my favorites is a snicker and Budweiser.

Gonna have to try the recipe sprig.

Everything she sells is a $5 bill. You buy $30 worth, it’s free shipping. Let me know what you need.

we make duck bbq at home when we need to move thru some frozen duck breasts.
same deal but add a chopped up onion and a bottle of bbq sauce (ketchup based works better than mustard or vinegar IMO)
    set it and forget it.

serve with slaw on a bun if you'd like...
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
