A friend brought me some fresh oysters by Friday-haven’t had truly fresh oysters in a long time. I had some Friday night and some tonight. Have a few left and was thinking about possibly cooking the rest someway tomorrow, what do you guys recommend. I see steamed, grilled, etc. recipes and wonder what you guys think is best. If nothing sounds good I’ll have the rest tomorrow, raw. Hard to beat that with a good cold beer.
