Heck yeah!!! Dang it that's a crowd of youngin's! That's killer! Good job!
Listen to your elders. Not because they are always right but because they have more experiences of being wrong.

Nice job! I bet that is a fantastic hunt.
How would a man go about trying to host one of these on his property?
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him
He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right
They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands
Good stuff for sure.
Looks like kids had a blast, great you do this for them!
Thanks fellas, just to clarify, it wasn’t just Jake, there are several dog handlers that bring dogs in from all over the state. Myself and two friends came down from Greenwood, each of us with a dog. We split into casts and go different directions to hunt. There’s a DNR officer, a guide, a dog handler, and a varying number of kids in each cast. Some of these kids are well versed in firearm use, some have never shot a gun until the day of the hunt so safety is our top priority. No guns are loaded until we get to the tree and there is one shotgun and one rifle allowed per cast and the kids take turns shooting. We usually end up treeing and seeing a lot more squirrels than what we actually kill but piling up numbers is not what this hunt is all about.

Looks like a great day! I bet the adults had as much if not more fun than the kids.
Awesome job Michael. Glad you’re still heading down there for the hunt. The buddy (Bubba) of mine that usually goes was at field trial in Georgia. Keep up the good work.
Good deal.
Thank you for taking the time to pay it forward!
Good deal DC
