You can go into the septic tank pumping business while your arm is healing. Guaranteed fix for biting your nails.

Tear for sure. Mine was full and required surgery and 4-6 months of rehab. No long term problems except in Cold wet weather where they I seated the toggle bolt type button in my forearm to anchor the reattachment.
Honey...I'll do it after the season is over.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!

I did something similar ten years ago. I didnt lift for a month and then was fine. I heard and felt my arm pop while trying to push a stuck truck.

Tore my bicep tendon in July. I was released to regular duty second week of Nov. Mine was the tendon that attaches to the ulna bone. If you put your thumb in the crease of the elbow and flex you should feel it. Does yours look like this?

If so, PM me a number I'll gladly answer any questions you may have.

    give me some time.

No more swelling, no bruising. I have free motion but it hurts like hell when I move it just right.

I did the same thing trying to lift a Troy Bilt tiller into the bed of a pickup. Felt it go like a shot. Ended up not being a complete tear. Ortho prescribed physical therapy. Doctor buddy said not to bother with PT, just take it easy, work it as much as felt comfortable. It healed up just fine. A complete tear is probably a different story, though.

My guess is you probably over stressed your elbow joint , and probably wrist too during the recent College Football playoffs.
Get some rest and heal up quick.
