Default Torn bicep or dislocated elbow?

I'm sitting at urgent care with something going on. Went to jerk my boys four wheeler out of the mud and when I jerked something popped where my bicep and elbow meet. Felt like someone had shot me. Anyone had anything like this happen? If I'm real still it don't hurt but I have a massive lump on the bend of my elbow. Not sure if that is my bicep muscle or my elbow. My bicep muscle is it just contracting and cramping, like visibly.

Hope it's not my bicep. If it is I will have a hard time finding a replacement

Good thing you're a one-piece-of-bread kinda guy. This ailment could be serious business otherwise...

Are you just wanting to try and sound smart for when the ER doc starts asking you questions? I’ve seen more than a few cases of this. Tell him you think you may have severed your number three, distal, lateral bicep tendon, or, possibly, you have a case of actinglikeabitchitis.

Where does it actually hurt? Inside the bend of the elbow? Does it hurt when you do a curl, pulling your hand to your shoulder? That's a bicep. You will be out of commission with that arm 4-6 weeks after surgery. Midlands orthopaedics fixed mine several years ago.

Is there a lump on your bicep? how big? No lump or small lump = torn bicep muscle and possible rehab with rest possible surgery- big lump = torn and detached and definite surgery

Surgery and therapy without ins is 30-40K and out of work or light duty 3-6 months- happened to an employee off work picking up a pc of plywood- he is almost ready for full use work after over 4 months- his was torn with partial detachment.

In the elbow joint area on the inside probably popped tendon= surgery.

You have a MRI yet? That determines surgery or therapy.

I wouldn’t worry about that, they’ve been paying a price to your teeth for quite some time.
