Seems kind of crazy they are filing.
Saw where new york is proposing ban of possession of bullet proof vests by civilians.

Texas also an interesting place for them to consider as 4 of the 5 or so anti gun bills currently being proposed are from a democratic texas govt official. Maybe thats more of a reason to go there, who knows.

Why would a non-profit have to file for bankruptcy?

Non Profit is just a tax status so they do not pay taxes, end of day still a business

Piss poor management or money basically but those in control of the checkbook

Everything the top brass does I am sure is classified as “fund raising” opportunities

    Because they're insolvent?

Actually, they declared Chapter 11, which gets creditors and regulators off their backs for a while, while they "reorganize". They're reorganizing to another state. Wonder how many New Yorkers will lose their jobs?

If the NRA has mismanaged itself into bankruptcy, I’ll never contribute to them again.

More professional professionals who fucking suck at their jobs.

New York would have continued to break them work with legal fees.
