I've eaten spaghetti sandwiches all my life on white bread, toasted bread, hot dog buns, and even Hawaiian rolls. I prefer mine with Duke's and some banana peppers.

I went to a job site one time to take some pipe fittings to a crew right about lunch time and they were toasting tortillas in a skillet over a fire and stuffing them with spaghetti. Not the worst thing I've ever tried.

You remember the scene from Goodfellas where they went to Tommy’s mother’s house late at night and she put out a spread of food? One of the boys I grew up with (we called him Dog) would occasionally get one of us to drive him out to Loris to get beer money from his grandmother. She would get up and cook a big ass breakfast for us. Loved for us to comes by. Anyway, I said all that to say if we didn’t go eat at grandma’s house, we’d eat oodles of noodles sandwiches on untoasted bread.

This is how I eat it every time. Never really thought of it as a sandwich though.

I had a Mexican I used to work with who would eat spaghetti tacos. Bring a whole stack of soft tortillas with him, and he’d hammer that spaghetti. From there I came up with my own version of Mexican Spaghetti casserole.

We had the same deal with a friend's Grandmother in St. George. That was a trip you didn't want to miss...

Is that the same as a beetle cap? Scoop of mashed on bologna covered in cheese?

Spaghetti sandwiches what have you. It sounds like something you'd try to feed picky kids or grown men who insist on ordering chicken strips plates in restaurants

Scetti sammich consists of noodles, meat and sauce folded so that it didn't ooze out. Every kid on the south side of Sumter grew up on those. Good times. Thanks for the memory
