    Default Kawasaki mule

Curious if any of yall have a mule sx? Thinking of selling my rancher in favor of a sxs to use around the house. I know the mules arent the fastest but i like the metal bed and floorpans. Seems to be more utility geared vs performance like the rangers etc. I want something to ride kids around, haul firewood, move boats around, and throw dogbox in back to chase quail or drag deer out the woods. Not looking to rick crawl or mud bog in it. If you have one or driven one, whats your thoughts? Thanks.

We’ve got a mule pro fxt at the farm that has 700hrs and 10,000 miles and it’s been great. Rides ride, will go 45 on the highway, it’s the 6 seater we’re the back row folds up to make the bed bigger when needed. It’ll haul twice the load my ranger 570 will. Pretty quiet as well.

Spend the extra and get mule pro if you're getting a Kawasaki. Don't skimp on power steering and power dump.

I've never understood the ranger obsession. I've had both. I've currently got a 15 pro fxt. It's a tank and as whackum states it rides well, fast enough and will outhaul the ranger we used to have.

Mine is the 4010 it's slow, plain Jane and has never let me down. Has 1,700 hrs and hasn't skipped a beat. 4x4 with locking diff. My kids drive it around in low and I don't have to worry about them going to fast. If you plan to put in places where it may get stuck be sure to get a winch. They are heavy.

My dad has 2020 Mule Pro FXT, Its been a good one from hauling deer, firewood and doing work around the property. It'll top out around 48 on a good day. Plenty of power to get work done on the property and enough to enjoy a day of riding trails, My brother just got a Gravely Atlas JSV 6000 its a little longer than the mule but has an electric dump bed. Its got a 40 HP Polaris motor its a little slower topping out at around 35-40 mph but the bed is solid steel and can hold 1250 lbs more of a workhorse than the mule.

An old reg cab toyota would fit the bill nicely too.

When I was building my house before I had my driveway done we had a natural spring And you couldn't drive a truck through there. We would ride the mule about 2 miles down the paved road so we could get through the mud and work. Got quite chilly before the windshield
