Any hunt, guided or leased daily, is so hit or miss. A couple years back we hunted a few days in the Missouri bootheel and can confirm the Walmart in Kennett's shenanigans.
Stayed in the 84 West Hotel in Kennett. Nothing special but we got the big room that had bunk beds and a couple bathrooms with a kitchen. It could easily accommodate our crew of 10 and was budget friendly. Hunted Friday didn't pull the trigger, Saturday killed 4 ducks and 2 snows. Myself and 2 others peeled off from the group on the Sunday and decided to forego the pit we leased to hunt some public water. Due to my 2 partners' inability to shoot straight we fell a few birds short of a 3 man limit, but I got my 6.
Had a good time!

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!
