Looks good, tprice. More importantly, how'd it taste?

Actually very good. Trick is to get the sauce just right with lemon but not too much lemon

Also kind of crush the capers lightly to get their juices in the “gravy”

I had to use chicken broth since we did not have any white wine ( I am more of a Cabernet drinker than white )

My wife makes an edible chicken cordon blue thing out of them. Beats them flat, layers ham and swiss cheese, then rolls them up. Then eggwash and bread crumbs before putting them in oven. about the only way I eat them.

4 breast gave me 12 filets which yielded 24 sandwiches for the kids. S/P, flour, egg wash, flour, fry. Egg wash was eggs, milk and yellow mustard.

I grew up poor. We ate whatever was plopped down in front of us. Were damn glad to have it.

My Mom made tuna noodle casserole twice a week. ( cuz my Dad brought home dented cans of Chicken of the Sea) I remember when a 49 cent Totino's frozen pizza was a big night at our house.
