Default Recipes for boneless chicken breast

Got a lot of boneless chicken breast in our freezer, Sister got us a box 2 different times back in spring when Rayford Farms had their “chicken truck” going to locations .

I broke it all down and vacuum sealed in portions that are enough for wife and myself

I prefer chicken on the bone but this is perfect for my Blackstone

Most of the time I either just use salt/pepper or Monterey Seasoning . I did cook martini chicken one night last week, pretty good

Have also marinated in zesty Italian dressing as well, wife makes a great chicken soup as well

Still we got a lot of chicken to cook and thought maybe someone got some other ideas

My main question is how long will this keep in freezer since vacuum sealed. Normally do not keep anything much over a year, just not sure we will eat it all by then Have given some to our grown kids

I'll have to go ahead and admit that it hurt a little when I clicked on this and saw a "boneless skinless chicken breast" thread in here.

Yep, why I posted this. Heck 80lbs of this, we did give some away though

Keep in mind my Sis bought all this back when there was zero chicken in grocery stores as much as I love red meat I try and eat more than my share of chicken/fish

Not a bad idea, wife loves to make stuff like that and we both love chicken salad . For those of yall my age or older there use to be an old store in downtown Anderson right beside Little Pigs. Yon’s. Had great meats and their chicken salad was out of this world , pimento cheese was great too. Best steaks in town at the time I may put wife on a mission after Christmas to see if she can whip some up

Get it to 150-160 internal via your preferred method (boil, grill, roast, bake, whatever) then slather it in whatever flavor you want so it has some taste, chew, swallow, repeat till it's gone.

It's what gas and pellet grills were designed to cook. Mindless and requires zero skill or thought.
Even with my lack of taste buds that gets old in a hurry .

Honeslty thanks for the ideas, some good ones in here . Never thought I would be cooking boneless skinless chicken this much but Sis meant well and I appreciate it

Poor fella. That's a lot of chicken to force down.

    Fajitas (of course)

Olive oil, lemon juice, capers, and a little white wine if you want.

Wrap in bacon, cream cheese, and jalapeno?

If I had pigs I would: feed the chicken breasts to them....slaughter them.....make bacon.

In normal situations, yes. But we are trying to help this fella out of his chicken misfortune. Just add more Duke's and feed it to the kids for lunch.

    Funny BUT true.

Let me add this, should have to start with

Wife is diabetic and while my blood sugar is fine it does creep up around 100 so I try and not many carbs at all . So when you take breading and frying out of chicken it really gets tough

Still some good ideas on here. I do agree with pounding crap out of it, seems to help the skinless boneless breast to cook better

Most of time I prefer Blackstone over grill, that way I can keep it from drying out

Cut in half, beat it flat, soak in texas pete and eggwash. shake in seasoned flour and fry topping with swiss to melt, bun, mayo, pickles and whatever you like on a sandwich and boom.

    That's funny right there!

Oh, and take the boneless, skinless chicken, soak in italian dressing and throw both in the yard....get some legs and fry that shit!
