We do that with old car hoods.
What’s the point if you’re not killing them?
I was getting my grain drill ready to plant the last little food plot a while ago and was flipping the tarp that I keep it under back. I happened to notice my bird dog sniff another black tarp on the ground nearby and discretely back away. I took a look and sure enough a small canebrake was coiled up beside it. I got my snake grabber so I could use him for some avoidance training on my other dog and got him into a bucket. When I flipped the tarp over the rest of the way, there were two more snake under it...but they were black racers. It turns out I probably save the canebrake's life. I've got a picture of a black racer eating a canebrake.
Doing some avoidance on your dog might not only keep him from getting bitten but you too.
Nothing new bout that...
Very cool. My boys and I enjoyed watching
Psalm 42:1 "As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God."
