I’m not targeting them, they bumble by and work the sets.

Not even a dozen. The wife and I are really just playing around on a small place until Jan 1 when we can set heavy on all our properties.

Damn Leroy...you doing work on the fur. How many k9 sets you running? Never mind, I see your reply up above. You obviously know a thing or two about trapping. You setting dirt holes or what?

A few dirt holes mixed in with majority flat sets.

Little bit of both, I like leaning on lure more than anything these days. One thing I can tell you that’s an absolute in trapping is you aren’t going to catch them where they’re not. Search for the sign and find the coyotes and you’ll catch them.

I’m learning that with coon. Just slinging traps up and down creeks isn’t very productive. The coon aren’t just everywhere. Got to set up on sign.

I'll give them away to a few people that eat them.

finally got my traps in the ground...I've seen a few cats in person and on camera, a few yotes and a couple vixens. Hopefully I've done something right and they step into my traps. When I grow up I want to be like ccleroy.
