    Default 12/17 doves

I took out a pack of frozen whole picked after my first plan got all cantankerous.. I threw them in some cast iron with some olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. I threw them in at 350, they went for like 30. I'll typically go hotter and quicker though. FYI, after pretty pics, I go all out and rip them up dipping them in the sauce, and I eat the shit out of their scrumptious little legs.

The sauce was some regular apple cider, not overly fragranced reduced down with some maple syrup. I was good, I liked it, both with the doves and the butternut squash

I haven't even checked. I need too, this season especially into January ranks up there with the opening couple of weeks with me. It's laid back, and the shooting is better. Shooting doves in snow, when it happens makes me smile for like a week.

I didn't know there was any other way to clean them til I was growed up. Daddy woulda cooked them like that and then made gravy on them. Looks good.
