When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-

It is weird that the only down of college football that I have watched since this season* started was this kick this morning on a YT clip. I blame soccer for it all...

IMO, folks are drawing that conclusion because she assumed a leadership role at halftime she hadn't earned. Any football team at any level...the player who takes the floor to chew tails and scold has to be one of the best players or the words hold no weight. She didn't earn that right but it was handed right to her for no good reason I can see other than to create a feel good moment during a really bad Vandy football season.
Methinks that if a male walk-on kicking specialist who'd been on the team for just a few days had tried that, he would've worn his ass for a hat ricky tick afterwards.
I just read she was named SEC special teams' player of the week, along with Kadarius Toney of Florida.
Particularly when compared to Toney's stats as a return man on Saturday. LOL.
"Toney returned a punt 50 yards for a touchdown near the end of the second quarter, securing a halftime lead for the Gators as they were in danger of their first halftime deficit of the season. He also made an acrobat grab off of the bounce of a punt within UF's ten-yard line, with coverage defenders enclosing, and somehow managed to squeeze a nine-yard return out of it.
In addition, Toney added three receptions for 38 yards..."
