Should U of SC be pulling for Clemson to make the playoff?
Let’s say that Clemson loses a game, and is out of the college football playoff. In a year where there are no minimum win totals to qualify for a bowl, most major conference teams are going to get bowl bids. Add to that the excitement of getting a new coach, and surely Gamecock fans would tune in, thus making them an attractive bowl choice. If Clemson has nothing to play for, do they call up the bowl that takes the Cocks and offer to play them? What a way to start the tenure of a new coach.
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him
He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right
They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands
