    Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

    Saturday was a day for me much like yours. I scored my buck once and it netted 123 on the dot. Can’t bring myself to do it again. My quest for an SC record book deer will continue I’m afraid. Record books are cool, but I know for a fact that we’re promised nothing and everything is a gift from God, all the way down to the air we breathe. Your story may be a gift to someone as well. These are not our “great outdoors” boys, they are gifts from God. Share his gifts!! Someone shared them with us.

    Very cool story! Aren’t you the same guy that killed the old black duck with the Miner band a couple years ago? That was a pretty cool story too!

    We were overdue for another dhall horseshoe hunt of some sort. Great buck and story.
