Sam’s has them, minus the “ plus” for 69.99. Obviously seasonal and while supplies last. Would be a good thing to have, particularly for most young drivers. I’ve bought several for stocking stuffers for the “vulnerable” in my orbit.

I’m asking, but don’t these things need to be kept charged? What’s the difference in keeping a good battery in your truck/boat?

Once charged they claim to hold at least 75% charge for a year

Hell KRT said that they’re great months ago. The one that he uses is a +-350.00 unit. He probably uses one many times in one day. For the average person, the smaller version will come in very handy. I have chargers available, multiple vehicles, tractor, mowers, etc..... and I have 3 of the smallest version and they’ve haven’t failed me yet(2yrs). Good product but not dumbass proof!

they can hold a charge for over a year, batteries in trucks/boat go bad, people leave things turned on and run them down,
These replace the need for jumper cables and its a really compact unit

Mine came in yesterday. New in fancy original packaging. I've got a 3-4 yo off brand one that still works great
This was great deal for a replacement/extra unit.

As a side note, my older unit charges through USB or AC-DC charger. This one only charges through USB.

Those that have these, how long on average do they hold a charge if left in a vehicle or a garage?
